Items (excluding earrings) may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchasing. Returns must be received in our warehouse within 60 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund. A refund can only be processed from the original place of purchase. Returns must be lodged through the online portal, https://milamela.com/au/returns. MILA MELA does not offer free shipping if you choose to return an item.
If you wish to return an item, the jewellery must not be worn or used and must be in the original packaging. MILA MELA reserves the right to deny a return if the items returned appear used, worn, damaged or scratched.
MILA MELA will not take responsibility for any damage caused during transit if the jewellery is not returned in original packaging. It is recommended that jewellery is returned via a traceable method. MILA MELA is not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned.
MILA MELA does not accept returns on:
- Final SALE items (this is indicated in the product description)
All returns take approximately 2-3 business days to be processed once received by our warehouse. Please allow extra time during seasonal and promotional sale periods.
We do not offer free shipping if you choose to return an item. Any returns that are received Returned To Sender will be charged a $10.00 postage fee to cover the cost of returning the exchanged item. If the customer returns a parcel Return To Sender for a store gift card, $10.00 will be deducted from their store gift card amount.
MILA MELA will only accept returns purchased directly from the official online store.
If you wish to exchange your piece for a different style, a store gift card will first need to be issued. From there the store gift card can be redeemed at checkout to repurchase the different style.
STORE GIFT CARDS
Store gift cards may be issued within 60 days of purchasing. Issue amount will be for the purchase price of the item. If a discount is used, the discount price will be issued. Discounts are not transferrable and cannot be used on a new transaction.
To redeem your store gift card, simply enter the code in the "Gift Card" field at checkout. Gift Cards do not have an expiry date however are non-refundable.
