INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY
Items (excluding earrings) may be returned within 60 days of purchasing. MILA MELA does not offer free shipping if you choose to return an item. Returns must be received in our warehouse within 60 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Please note shipping is non-refundable.
If you wish to return a piece, jewellery must not be worn or used and must be in original packaging together with the Return Form (delivered with your package).
MILA MELA reserves the right to deny a return if items returned appear to be used, worn, damaged or scratched. Items that are not eligible for a refund will be denied and issued a store credit minus 30% off the purchase price.
MILA MELA will not take responsibility for any damage caused during transit if the jewellery is not returned in original packaging. It is recommended that jewellery is returned via a trackable method.

MILA MELA does not accept returns on:
- Final SALE items (this is indicated in the product description)
All returns take approximately 2-3 business days to be processed once received by our warehouse. Please allow extra time during seasonal and promotional sale periods.
It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
MILA MELA will only accept returns purchased directly from the official online store.
Store Gift Cards
Store gift cards may be issued within 60 days of purchasing. Issue amount will be for the purchase price of the item. If a discount is used, the discount price will be issued. Discounts are not transferrable and cannot be used on a new transaction.
To redeem your store gift card, simply enter the code in the "Gift Card" field at checkout.
