What is your return policy?

At Mila Mela we always want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for some reason your purchase is not suitable please follow the procedure below.

We offer returns within 60 days for a store credit or refund. Please make sure that all original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on the jewellery pieces. Mila Mela will not be able to refund your original shipping fee as this was an incurred cost.

Keep in mind that we do not offer returns for Personalised items as they are made uniquely for you.

Discounted Items

A store credit will be issued for any returned sale or discounted item purchases.

Items purchased using a discount code may be returned for store credit only.

Are returns free?

We are unable to provide free returns at this time.

What is your return process?

Within 60 days from the order delivery date, email care@milamela.com, let us know your Order Number and Reason for return and the Mila Mela Customer Care team will try our best to get back to you within 48 hours. We will only accept returns with return authorisation from our Customer Care team.

What is your exchange policy?

We currently do not provide exchanges for any pieces. The reason is we would then have to reserve inventory units for customers. Since we operate on limited inventory, so we can keep costs low (and transfer those savings to you), we only offer returns instead.

However, you can return your order for a store credit for you to place a new order for the piece or size of your preference!
